The T-Rex (you)

Pterodactyls (the birds)

Cacti (the ground obstacles)
The desert is dotted with cacti in various widths and clusters. They're the bread-and-butter obstacle you jump over throughout every run.
That's the whole cast — one dinosaur, some birds, and a lot of cacti. The challenge comes from speed, not variety.
